Enterprise Account Executive - US

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own complete responsibility for sales targets and quota attainment within your territory

  • Hands-on management and execution of all aspects of the sales pipeline within your territory, including ownership of sales planning, performance metrics, forecasting and reporting

  • Manage and execute all aspects of the sales process within your territory, from the initial sales call to close

  • Regular daily update of Salesforce data such that forecasts are timely, accurate and complete

  • Develop new strategic business opportunities and expand into additional markets

  • Lead strategic planning and development of your territory to assure a successful go-to-market strategy

  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize and support lead generation and build and report on pipeline development

  • Interact with members of Product Development and Customers Success departments to ensure customer requirements are met

  • Become the ambassador for Test.ai customers, prospects, and influencers in your territory

  • Represent Test.ai at various trade shows, meetups, and other events from time to time

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A true hunter who is driven to win and close new business

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling to the North American medium and enterprise end-users

  • Substantial successful experience selling predominantly in the software test automation market or the software tools market

  • Software test automation experience is highly desirable

  • Start-up experience is highly desirable

  • Proficiency and a proven track record in building a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and sales plan that has exceeded plan goals

  • Successful experience and desire to cover full sales cycle from setting targets, lead generation to qualification, fulfillment, and closing/contracting.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
